We engaged Jeremy Walsh as a project manager for a house we renovated in Kenmare during 2009.  It was a complicated job involving almost a complete refurbishment.  We were very satisfied with Jeremy, he gave excellent attention to the project, supervised the work, provided ideas on structural issues and liaised well with workers.  He also supported us in decision making and liaising with the architect.  We would recommend him to anyone who is planning to carry out some structural work and wishes to delegate management and supervision of the project.
