Bungalow Renovation, Killowen, Kenmare

This bungalow was extensively renovated while bringing the building energy rating (BER) from an F to a B rating. This was achieved by wrapping the building in external insulation and render and using insulation between the ceiling joists. Solar tubes were used to heat the hot water in conjunction with a condensing oil boiler.
